1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

• Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Certain items such as screen guards, cables, chargers, or accessories marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged or defective.

3. Process for Returns

• Kindly provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos or videos if the item is damaged or not functioning properly.

• Once your return is approved, we will guide you through the return shipping process.

4. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

• Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

• If already shipped, please wait for the delivery and follow the return process.
